We're opening up for one day and serving delicious food from our kitchen as well as a nice selection of our gourmet FROZEN take and bake meals! 

Here's what you can expect:


Chicken & Waffles - crispy fried chicken thigh served on a Belgium waffle with a Crystal Maple Butter Sauce

Maple Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast

Our Signature Gumbo - chicken & sausage served over rice

Fried Chicken Sandwich - praline maple bacon, maple-mustard glaze, cheddar crisp, pickles, lettuce, tomato

Monte Cristo - smoked ham, swiss cheese, on Texas toast, dipped in a maple egg wash and griddled, served with a side salad with smoked balsamic-maple dressing

Collard Benedict - Slow-braised collards over griddled ciabatta, sunny eggs and Creole hollandaise

Pulled Pork Benedict - applewood smoked pork with a maple-mustard glaze, on griddled ciabatta, sunny eggs and Creole hollandaise

Shrimp Po-Boy - Fried Gulf shrimp, on NOLA French bread, dressed with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayo

Pulled Pork Po-Boy - with braised collards, pickled red onions and smoked carrot slaw, creamy horseradish mayo
