Hello + Nice to Meet You!

We're the Janssens. We moved our family of five to the hills of Western Mass from the below sea-level city of New Orleans. Levi and I have spent our entire careers in the restaurant business and are using our experience in food and drink to create something special in Western Mass and the Berkshires.

Wells Provisions started out as a breakfast and lunch cafe (and pop-up dinner place on the weekends), serving up some New Orleans flavor with a good dose of local! Our coolers & freezers were loaded with chef prepared, gourmet meals ready to heat, plus specialty grocery items. We were trying to be all delicious things to everyone, and succeeding. But we were failing where it mattered most, spending time with our kids.

 

So we're shifting gears! We're working on crafting our catering menus! We'll be doing pop-ups at Wells Provisions and further afield. We'll likely have monthly pick-ups of frozen family style meals. And look out for King Cakes this winter! Let the good times and good food continue!
